1. Introduction

Welcome to LocalPrint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalPrint platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subdomain and Storefront Names Policy

When you create a storefront on LocalPrint, you may choose a unique subdomain name (e.g., yourstore.localprint.app). The following terms apply to subdomain and storefront name selection:

3.1 Reserved Names

Certain names are reserved and cannot be used for storefronts. These include:

System names (admin, api, app, www, mail, etc.)
Internal use names (my, me, shop, store, demo, test, etc.)
Brand names (localprint, cloud1media, etc.)
Security-related names (root, administrator, security, etc.)
Legal/compliance names (terms, privacy, legal, etc.)

3.2 Right to Withdraw or Reassign

We reserve the right to withdraw, reassign, or modify any subdomain or storefront name at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

The name is needed for internal operations, system requirements, or platform development.
The name infringes on trademarks, intellectual property, or the rights of third parties.
The name is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or potentially confusing to users.
The name is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes.
The storefront account is inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more).
The name conflicts with a new reserved name category or system requirement.

3.3 Notification

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice before withdrawing or reassigning an active storefront's subdomain. However, in cases of urgent operational need, legal requirement, or policy violation, we may act immediately without prior notice.

3.4 No Ownership Rights

You acknowledge that you do not own or have any proprietary rights to your subdomain name. Your right to use a subdomain is granted as a license under these Terms and may be terminated as described herein.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Sell prohibited or illegal items.
Violate the privacy of others.

5. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cloud1Media Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine:

Violates these Terms or our policies.
Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
May create liability for LocalPrint.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD1MEDIA LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
